  • You signed up to the newsletter

  • Process and fulfil your purchase
  • Better understand who is interested in the practice
  • Monitor the performance of the website
  • Occasionally inform you of any noteworthy updates

  • Royal Mail or courier services such as DPD in order to deliver your purchase
  • The Print Space in order to fulfil the delivery of some editions

  • (b) We have a contractual obligation. When purchasing an edition we need to collect and process your personal information in order to fulfil the purchase and delivery.

Your information is securely stored. We keep your contact details and purchase information for our records. If requested, we will securely delete your information from our database.

  • Your right to rectification. You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

  • Your right to restriction of processing. You have the right to ask us to restrict the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances. 
  • Your right to object to processing. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal information in certain circumstances.
  • Your right to data portability. You have the right to ask that we transfer the personal information you gave us to another organisation, or to you, in certain circumstances.
